ICAX is pleased to work with contractors to deliver the renewables package of a building project.

We like to be involved in the project at an early stage so that we can take full design responsibility for the renewables system, to help ensure that the M&E package will deliver a reliable and efficient solution for the client.

• accurate cost planning - to help in winning tenders
• provision of pre-contract data such as heat loss calculations and geological surveys
• advice on suitable systems for the client to maximise their income from the RHI and FiTs subsidies
• project scheduling a solid, working partnership on the ground before, during and after installation
• liaison with other contractors (plumbers, ground workers, drillers, etc.)
